Sometimes the words that spill out, come from my own skull, rather than my crystalline friends...

My home is not a show-house, I am not a Domestic Goddess. I don't iron (unless I really have to). I'm not a Gourmet Chef. In truth, I hate domestic chores. I don't feel it's solely a woman's work, I prefer to see it as a co-operative effort, we all share the space, we all mess that space up, so equally we should all share in it's maintenance...

Life is too short to be spent 'keeping house'... our house isn't dirty or full of germs... it has it's own Chaotic Order for sure... but it's a house full of Love (and various furry creatures).

 

I admit, sometimes I see posts on Social Media, of all the wonderful accomplishments of people I am connected to and wonder why I am never able to find enough time to even begin, let alone finish, such things. And that seed of doubt plants itself... but that seed is not allowed to grow here... any anyway who actually set these 'rules'?

Women have fought for so long to be seen as Equals... and I look around and see how close we are to going back to the 'old ways' where women do as they're told, when they're told and how they're told to do it. If we are just here as Breeders then why do we have a fully functioning brain? A woman's place is NOT in the home, chained to a sink with nothing but household chores to look forward to for the rest of her life.

We are all 'Goddesses'... pure and simple... we deserve to be honoured and respected and loved. Our Men are all 'Gods' and they deserve the same. (By Gods and Goddesses I am NOT referring to religion, I am NOT disrespecting anyone's religious beliefs)... we shouldn't feel guilty for doing what makes us happy.

So if I got distracted playing with bunnies for an hour and forgot to do the washing up... or got so lost in my book that tea was late... or found myself in a beautiful daydream instead of putting the washing on... or painted a painting no-one will buy but I did it anyway because that's what I needed to do today instead of dusting... I am not going to feel guilty, they're only going to mess it all up again in the space of a few hours anyway... I am allowed to do these 'pointless' things because I am more than a cleaning machine.

The 'stuff' that I do may not be the same as travelling the world, or bungee jumping, or writing a bestseller... but it's MY stuff... it helps me remember who I am... 

Air Grid for Gaia March 2016

This one was very spontaneous but very focussed on how it wanted to be laid out.

Spaces Inbetween Grid February 2016

This Grid really cried out for stones and rocks... dedicated to Gaia for the Balancing of all the Spaces Inbetween... the instability of the Plates and Fault Lines of the Earth...


February's Focus.... all the Inbetween Places & Spaces in the Planet that are mostly forgotten about... those pieces that hold us together... what with all the Landslides & SinkHoles.. with all the recent flooding and Earth Movements it makes sense to centre our attention on these 'Spaces'... and with recent media focus on the impending and much dreaded fracking in the UK... all have an equal importance in the bigger scheme...

Several of us have felt our BlueStones and Manus skulls waking up since the weekend and this is an area they seem keen to work on... so skullies of 'rock' rather than crystal seem the common thread, although having said that, if any of your skullies call to join in, the more the merrier!

Skulls: (Septarian) Tatsuya; (Ivo's Steatite) The Spiral; (Preseli BlueStone) Buggy; (Basalt) Suo; (Natascha's Tsesit) Dragon.

Tumbles: Lava Stone; Conglomerate Stone.

Centre consists of Hag Stones and a Faden Quartz.

They even pinched my Slate placemats!

The Faden was a last minute addition but seemed very appropriate, the thin white line in a Faden being comprised of gas (this I feel is addressing fracking in particular)...

Waters for Gaia Grid October 2015

So moving in line with Judith's wonderful sharing of her insights today, she and I had already talked about this...a follow-on from our previous Rhodochrosite Grid work the last 2 months. It kinda feels right to do something water-based now... basically same principle as before... create a Grid and dedicate it to Gaia, (instead of her Heart, this time will specifically be her Waters... I'm gonna use crystals and skullies who have associations with water like Aquamarine, Ocean Jasper, Enhydros, Fluorite, Halite, Coral, Ocean Agate, Opal etc etc.

For those new to Grid Work... Just create your Grid (no set way to do it), dedicate it to Gaia's Waters and let it do it's work... when you feel the Gridhas done it's job, simply take it down... no previous Grid experience necessary, just let your Hearts (and skullies) guide you. So who would care to join us?

Finally managed to take some photos of my Water Grid... I say Grid, it's more like a little rocky cove, I guess... as you can see the sun is shining rather brightly today! I ended up pinching most of the crystals and skulls from my husband's stash, it appears I don't actually have that many associated with water...

The 'cliffs' consist of Blue Moonstone (for the tides), Larimar, Selenite, Ocean Jasper, Blue Calcite, Ocean Jasper again, Blue Lace Agate, Halite & Gypsum..

These ones came from my own collection... Jade Turtle 'plate' with Smokey Fluorite Turtle, tumblestones of Red Coral, Blue Opal, Iolite (Water Sapphire), Blue Fluorite & Aquamarine..

The only skully of mine is the one in the middle LOL! From left to right: Inca Rosie (Ocean Jasper), Raphael (Blue Bamboo Sea Coral), Shui (unknown), he's one of 5 elemental skulls, in this case Water, Ze (Agatised Coral), Binku Shiel (Larimar), Vinajo (Ocean Agate) & Dottie (Ocean Jasper)...

Rhodochrosite for Gaia Grid September 2015

This one started as a 'Rhodochrosite for Gaia' 'event' for September 2015, which started a series of Earth Work Grids in my FB group... https://www.facebook.com/groups/WisdomoftheSkulls/

Without breaching copyright by quoting a large chunk of Melody's book, Rhodochrosite is THE best stone for showing love to the Mother of us all...

So we each created a Grid, initially purely of Rhodochrosite and dedicated the energies of that stone directly to Gaia for her to do with as she saw fit. I wanted to highlight too that by sending the energies of the stone to Gaia we could let HER do the decision making.. she knows better than we do as to what needs healing.

Some beautiful Grids followed and the Grids have morphed, including variants of Quartz, it seems to amplify the Power of the Grids.

Tor & Mama Diva 13th November 2014

Tor and Mama Diva brought me this message this morning.. It all started from a single thought in my head... a Fractured Universe.

Tor and Mama Diva are Soul Twins, carved from the same mineral but not the same piece of it, these 2 skulls were carved by the Dutch Carver, Laurens Ivo Manus. Put simply, they are Yin/Yang to one another, Dark and Light... they will often speak in unison or complete each other’s phrases.

This is their message:

In Wholeness there is Separation
And in Separation there is Wholeness

It’s just a matter of Perception...

Just as there can be Solitude in Company
There is Company in Solitude

Can there be Chicanery in Honesty?
And Honesty in Chicanery?

Think on this and all will become clear... And yes, this Universe is Fractured but do not seek to mend  or remove any of it... rather look for the one thing that will bring about Balance...

Simply find the Balance and see what Magick unfolds...

The Slumbering Dragon at Gorleston Stone Circle

Well, where to start... what an eventful day... 

So, today, Sue Cowie, Brian Howard, David (can’t remember his last name) and myself went in search of the Gorleston Stone Circle. This was prompted by my pull towards where I felt the centre stone was. As it turned out, that is another site, which I will come back to later. We started in the place where Brian had previously dowsed and we found it, we marked all the stones out and indeed managed to expand on Brian’s previous dowsing and reached the outer circles too. 

Now, Gilda, the Gold Ore skully from my dear Soul Sister, Judith, wanted to come along, she is the one that works with Dragons. I also took my Preseli Bluestone Pendant. I was told (presumably by Gilda) to do this. I was also instructed to sing/say The Song of the Stones when we found the site, (this is the song that the Pendant gave me last year). I was told this would awaken the Dragon and the Energy Lines. 

It seems my role in this was to awaken the Dragon that I found there. We found the centre stone fairly quickly and this is pretty much where I remained, whilst the others dowsed the stones positions. Brian asked if I knew what I was doing as the energy in the centre was obviously very strong. I assured him I was OK. The Dragon is obviously an Earth Dragon and she is a lovely sweet old thing. I could feel her stirring and indeed even found myself stroking the grass on the mound she was curled beneath. She was curled up in a clockwise position. I was given some symbols and some more words which I wrote down. When they had finished plotting the stones I recited the Song of the Stones and also read aloud the words I had been given.

Time to awaken is now.I have placed what I believe is the English translation in brackets for a few of the words.

I continued to work with the Dragon. I left an offering a small Green Kyanite that I had in my bag and buried it where the centre stone was. I also connected Sue’s pendant (an antler that she uses when working with Elen of the Ways) to the Circle and Brian’s Ankh too. When we finished we each said our Thanks to the various Energies.... Brian and Sue to Gaia and whoever they worked with, I thanked the Dragon and Mother Earth etc.

During the session dark clouds started gathering and it looked like it was going to rain. I asked the Dragon if she could hold off for a bit. I told Brian it was OK she wasn’t going to make it rain, then a few big drops started to fall and he laughed. I reminded him of what I had said earlier about them not being easy to work with. But about 5pm tonight the heavens opened up for about 15 minutes.... 

The whole experience was incredible, it was the first time I had worked with Dragons outside of my own ones. The energy within the Circle was very hot. Sue said as she approached me she could feel the heat coming off me. I asked them if they felt any discernible difference in the Energies after I had finished saying the words and they all felt the Energies were stronger. The Dragon indicated that the process of waking up isn’t instant but now that she has awoken the circumference of the Energies will increase. Interestingly enough, Brian and David said that there is a Peter Line running next to the Circle. This made sense, that a Masculine Line would run next to a Female Dragon.... Balance? Apparently this Peter Line is a dirty line? So it will be interesting to see if now the Dragon has awoken, whether this ‘dirty’ Energy will change. I learnt alot about the angles of the stones, positions of water in relation to the stones, the apparent consistency in the number of stones, the position of the entrances in relation to the rising and setting of the Sun. 

I am still buzzing. I seriously need to discharge.... and will do shortly. 

Sue thinks it would be a perfect place to drum.
