Breath of Life Meditations 2012

As we enter the year of 2012, regardless of what we believe about this much spoken about time frame, we can all feel within our hearts that this is a very important year of change and transformation. It becomes very important now for us to join together in Unity, as Equals, regardless of our belief systems, culture or creed to support Mother Earth as she births a new reality. Just as the Phoenix rises from the ashes to begin the cycle of Life anew, so too we have a chance to restore Mother Earth to how she was in the beginning… our Sacred Mother, the Mother of all Life. It is time for all of us to join as One to co-operate, co-educate, co-exist and co-create – together we are the Circle of Life. Let us support our Mother Earth by holding a balance for her – the Divine Union that births Unity Consciousness.


The meditations for 2012 focus far more on working with the Crystal Elders – crystals, crystal skulls and stones. They hold the memories of our Mother Earth, our human history, and the history of all Beings of the Earth Tribe. They hold the memories of Creation, the Divine Blueprint for our Mother Earth in pristine balance as she was always created to be – Mother of all Life, Divine Mother and Nurturer. The Crystal Elders wish to work with us now to support Mother Earth in giving birth once more to our true reality, our true Sacred Earth so that Divine Creation is restored. May we join in Sacred Circle with our Crystal Elders as they are the bones of our Mother Earth, holding her essence and Light crystallized within their form.

Breath of Life Meditation Introduction

It became clear to me, at the end of the 2011 Mother Earth Meditations, that I wasn’t meant to simply stop there. I have been talking about co-operation and co-creation and it seems the Universe was listening. The funny thing is we didn’t set out to co-create this Meditation, it simply evolved that way.

My dear friends and Sisters-in-Peace, Judith Coulson and Juanita McKenzie and myself have shared alot of insights, wisdom and information over the last few weeks and that helped shape the essence of the Meditation. I knew what I wanted to say, what I wanted it to achieve but knew I couldn’t do it justice. So I asked Juanita, who can string words together in beautiful harmony and rhythm, if she would write the Meditation. When Judith and I read those words we knew they needed to be spoken, we all agreed this was meant to be a Guided Meditation. Kieran McKenzie, my daughter's Soul friend (and Juanita’s son) then joined the project – a talented young musician, he composed and played the accompanying music.

Our skullies Khailya, Mara and Ze were also involved, all had something to contribute. Even Mother Nature got involved, but that’s another story (see Juanita’s website to find out more http://butterflyheart.yolasite.com/ articles.php).

The energy that birthed this came through the synergy of all our sharing – holding something of all of us, who we are as Souls – we all midwived and birthed this!
